Funds for the Brewster Avenue Pedestrain <br /> Improvements Project have been previously approved and appropriated in the Gas Tax <br /> Construction Fund, the Transportation Fund, and the Traffic Mitigation Fees Fund. <br /> Previously approved grant funding in the amount of $658,000 towards the construction <br /> phase of the pedestrain portion of the improvements will be reimburseable to the City as <br /> project construction costs are incurred. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> As the lead agency, City of Redwood City has determined that the Brewster Avenue <br /> Pedestrain Improvements Project meets the CEQA exemption criteria as set forth in <br /> Section 15301, (Existing Facilities).
