One <br /> applicant did not qualify due to not meeting the residency requirement. <br /> The next step in the process was for the City Council to review all applications selecting <br /> those it wanted to interview. Those applicants selected by four or more Council <br /> Members were invited for interviews. The Council selected to interview the two <br /> applicants to the Board of Building Review and three applicants to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> One of the selected applicants to the Planning Commission seat currently serves as the <br /> Chair of the Parks Recreation and Community Services Commission.
