r ti' EXHIBIT "B" PROJECTED COSTS Based on our understanding of the needs of the City of Redwood City for the 2015 City Satisfaction Survey, Godbe Research has provided costs to conduct a 15 to 20- minute survey comprised of at least 400 (n=400) total City voters in English and Spanish, using a hybrid Internet and telephone survey methodology. Using the similar other clients as a guide, we expect to be able to collect approximately 30% to 50% of interviews via the Internet modality and approximately 50% to 70% of interviews using the telephone modality, with the Internet portion of the survey collecting the majority of interviews with voters ages 18 to 49 and the telephone portion of the survey collecting the majority of interviews with voters 49+. The prices below reflect the all-inclusive costs to complete the voter polling project -- the overall cost will not exceed those shown below, provided that the parameters (survey length, sample size, four in-person presentations, etc.) of the project conform to those outlined in this proposal. Should project parameters or City need change, we will be happy to provide amended costs prior to proceeding.
