M � o In all likelihood, we will exceed the sample size of 400 interviews based on a review of survey results for similar hybrid surveys for agencies throughout San Mateo County, however, we cannot promise a response rate for the Intemet ve�sion of the survey. Having said this, we wil analyze all interviews collected during this survey process for inclusion into#he analysis and reporting for the 2015 Cify Satisfaction Survey. • Merging the Intemet and telephone data files, as well as processing and weighting the data to adjust for popula#ion distribution and strategic oversampling, as needed to reflect the larger resident {vote�s and non-voters) population af the City of Redwood City according to ACS estimates or the U.S. Census. - Developing a topline report of agg�egate findings for the City. We will a�so meet with Redwood Ci#y to review the topline/aggregate sunrey results.This wlll help our more detailed analysis and reporking to be of maximum value to the City. - Analyzing the survey results and preparing a report of findings conclusions, and recommendations for the City (draft and final formats), which directly addresses the research objectives ou�ined for the 2015 City Satisfaction Survey. Our reports typically include sectians for key�indings and conclusions, methodology discusslon, analysis of the questions and topics in naRative and graphical format, comparisons to previous city satisfaction surveys, as well as a copy of the survey questionnaire and a complete set of cross tabulations for all survey questions. - Presenting the results and recommendations from the 2015 Ciry Satisfaction Survey to Redwood City administratioNstaff and Council. Costs are valid for up to two total presentations as part of our project fees presented later in this proposal. • Post-survey consulting on the results and recommenda6ons from the 2015 City Sa�sfaction Survey throughout the range of planning, outreach, and other actitities based on the survey results, as need by the City of Redwood City. Because of ou� experience in conducting city satisfactian and cammunity priorities sunreys, Godbe Research generally prefers to conduct a hybrid survey over about an eight to ten week time frame. Hawever, preliminary results can be made available much sooner, if required. Below, we have provided a genera( time line in number of days to iUustrate the time needed for each task in the averall research process, Please note that Redwood City meetings (e.g. project kick off meeting) and tasks (e.g. questionnaire reviewj have been italicized for easy review below.
