The deliverable for Task 3 will be the Preliminary Va/ue Ana/ysis Study Report in five hard copies and one electronic copy. Task 4: Implementation and Final Report The VA Team Leader will facilitate a VA Study Implementation Meeting to determine the status of each VA alternative (i.e. whether it is accepted or rejected). This meeting is normally a one to two hour meeting. Following this meeting, one of the two following deliverables will be developed within 10 working days of the conclusion of the VA Study Implementation meeting. Please note that the timing of this meeting is dependent upon the City and the availability of the required stakeholders. • VA Implementation Action Memorandum If the disposition of all VA altematives (i.e. accepted or rejected) cannot be detertnined at the VA Study Implementation Meeting, a VA Imp/ementation Action Memorandum will be prepared and submitted. This will state which altematives are accepted, which are rejected and the rationale for rejection, and which VA altematives are conditionally accepted with further study required. The memorandum will define, for each conditionally accepted altemative, what action must be completed so that a decision can be made regarding its disposition, when that action is expected to be completed, and who is responsible to complete this action. • Final Report Once all VA alternatives have been either accepted or rejected, the VA Team Leader updates the Preliminary Va/ue Ana/ysis Study Report to show the final results of the study in a Fina/ Value Analysis Sfudy Report. The deliverable for Task 4 will be either: a) a VA Imp/ementation Action Memorandum and a Fina/ Va/ue Ana/ysis Study Report, each in five hard copies and one electronic copy; or b) a Fina/ Value Ana/ysis Study Report, in five hard copies and one electronic �PY- REV:04-15-15 VR Page 11 of 15 ATTY/AGR.2015.065Nalue Management Strategies, Inc.
