Based on the bids <br /> received, however, staff believes that the low base bid is reasonable and responsive, <br /> and recommends awarding the contract to Greentech Industry, Inc. <br /> Construction is expected to begin in mid-June 2015 and be completed by October 2015 <br /> depending on the weather.
