Informational Update on Downtown Projects (Oral Report) (402) <br /> Mr. Aknin provided an update on current projects in the pipeline (presentation on file) <br /> which will go to the Planning Commission in the next few months. He covered <br /> completed or under construction projects as well as upcoming proposed projects <br /> sharing architectural drawings. He covered specific projects in detail regarding <br /> architectural standards, heights, and densities. <br /> Mr. Aknin offered to respond to Council questions. Council had questions about parking <br /> and the Habitat for Humanity partnership and one Council Member added that HEART <br /> (Housing Endowment and Regional Trust) had also contributed to that project.
