He has already sold his house to relocate <br />outside of State. She spoke about his tremendous contributions to the community for <br />the last 10-years. She stated that the City deserves an orderly transition to a new City <br />Manager. The amount of money he is being given is enough to rent his home back for <br />two months' time, which is the most economically feasible option. Mayor Gee noted that <br />the fiscal year ends June 30 and the budget still must be completed, which requires the <br />aid of the City Manager. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve Agenda item 7.3 D.
