ATTACHMENT 1 <br />07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, and 2013-14” dated <br />December 15, 2014 (Account Report), which contains the information required <br />by Government Code Section 66006, including but not limited to a description of <br />the Transportation Impact Fee, the source and amount of revenues, capital <br />improvements and traffic reduction measures that were financed in whole or in <br />part by the impact fees, as well as information supporting the findings regarding <br />unexpended Transportation Impact Fee funds required by Government Code <br />section 66001(d); and <br />WHEREAS , the Account Report was made available to the public not less <br />than 15 days before the next regularly-scheduled meeting of this Council to be <br />held on June 8, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; that the Council does hereby accept the Account <br />Report which is available at the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br /> BE IT, FURTHER RESOLVED; BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Findings. With respect to unexpended Transportation Impact Fee <br />funds for fiscal years 2006-07 through 2010-11, this Council hereby finds, <br />determines, and declares: <br />(a) The purpose of the Transportation Impact Fee is to jointly <br />fund, from public and private sources, transportation system <br />improvements necessitated in whole or in part by new development within <br />ATTY/RESO.3088/CC RESO TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEE <br />REV: 05-19-15 VR <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />7.2.A. - Page 5
