The City <br />Council finds that the Assessed Parcels are benefited by the maintenance and <br />operation of the Facilities. <br />(e) For a complete description of the Facilities, the Maintenance Work, the <br />anticipated costs thereof, the formula by which the Annual Assessment will be <br />calculated against each Assessed Parcel, and the proposed rate of the Annual <br />Assessment against each Assessed Parcel, reference is made to the City Manager’s <br />Report for the District, dated June 8, 2015, and the Engineer’s Report of same date, <br />which is incorporated therein, both of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and <br />available for public inspection, and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the <br />“Reports”). <br />(f) In addition to complying with the requirements of the Ordinance, extension <br />of the Annual Assessment beyond the 2014-15 Fiscal Year requires that the City <br />conduct assessment ballot pursuant to Article XIII D, Section 4 of the California <br />Constitution. <br /> 2. In consideration of the foregoing findings and determinations, this Council <br />hereby orders, and declares as follows: <br />(a) This Council declares its intention to order that the costs and expenses of <br />maintaining and operating the Facilities, including the cost of necessary repairs, <br />replacements, fuel, power, electrical current, care, supervision, and any and all other <br />items necessary for the proper maintenance and operation thereof, shall continue to be <br />7.2.F. - Page 5
