The PCA will provide a list of times, locations, and quantity of <br />barriers needed for the Festival area. <br /> <br /> <br /> Police Department: <br />(a) Crowd and traffic control measures throughout the events. <br /> <br /> Community Development: <br />(a) Access and use of Courthouse Square. <br /> <br />(b) Use of the Marshall Street parking garage for handicap and vendor parking <br />from 6:00 am on Saturday, July 4, 2015 until 9:00 pm on Saturday, July 4, <br />2015. <br /> <br />11. The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> <br />(a) Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />(b) Post “No Parking” signs under the direction of the Police Department by 5:00 <br />pm on June 30, 2015. <br /> <br />(c) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with California <br />State waste diversion mandate AB 939--The Integrated Waste Management <br />Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not herein <br />described or contemplated in connection with the 4th of July parade, fun run, and <br />festival, shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police <br />Chief. <br /> <br />13. Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all parties <br />hereto and accepted by the Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.1.B. - Page 7
