_ _ _ . _.. .
criteria provided by the City for the recycled water system operation.
• Identifv Facilitv Impacts by Parcel: PerForm a hydraulic sensitivity analysis
for the Specific Plan area to allocate infrastructure requirements for the four
parcels within the area. This information will be used in future evaluations by
the City to determine impact fees associated with the development of the
Specific Plan area.
City Data Requirements: 1) Recycled water demands for the Specific Plan area for
existing conditions and buildout of the Specific Plan area; 2) copy of recycled water
system model; 3) criteria for evaluation of the recycled water system.
Task 3: Evaluate Sewer Collection System
In this task, Consultant will perform a sewer collection system analysis to
determine sewer collection system infrastructure requirements to serve the Specific
Plan area. The following work will be perFormed:
• Update the Hvdraulic Model: Update the City's existing sewer collection
system hydraulic model to include conceptual sewer mains identified in the
draft Specific Plan, and allocate dry-weather and wet-weather flows
provided by the City for the various potential uses in the Specific Plan area.
• Perform Hvdraulic Evaluation of Available and Needed Capacitv: Perform a
hydraulic analysis for the sewer collection system to calculate available and
needed dry-weather and wet-weather capacity for new facilities to serve the
Specific Plan area and for existing facilities downstream of the development
area. Perform the analysis for existing conditions (with existing development
on the property) and for buildout conditions (with the maximum anticipated
level of development in the Specific Plan area), to determine the hydraulic
impact of the Specific Plan area on the City's sewer collection system.
Utilize hydraulic evaluation criteria in the City's Sewer Collection System
Master Plan for the collection system perFormance criteria.
• Identifv Facilitv Impacts bv Parcel: Allocate infrastructure capacity to the four
parcels within the Specific Plan area using the methodology developed as
part of the City's Sewer Master Plan. This information will be used in future
evaluations by the City to determine impact fees associated with the
development of the Specific Plan area.
City Data Requirements: 1) Sewer collection system average dry-weather flows and
peak wet-weather flows for the Specific Plan area for existing conditions and buildout
of the Specific Plan area.
ATTY/AGR/2015.095/WESTYOSTASSOCIATES—INNER HARBOR UTILITIES EVALUATION
REV:OS-13-15 VR
Page li of 17
