<br />ATTY/AGR/2015/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.2/ MIG INNER HARBOR SPECIFIC PLAN <br />REV: 06-11-15 VR <br />Page 3 of 9 <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br /> <br />Consultant will complete the following scope of services for the Inner Harbor Specific <br />Plan: <br /> <br />1. Additional Task Force Meetings and Facilitation <br />The scope of work and budget described in Amendment #1 established specific <br />agendas for eight Task Force meetings. Early in the Task Force process, it became <br />apparent to City staff that the anticipated Task Force meeting structure needed to be <br />more responsive to the inquiries and needs of the Task Force and members of the <br />public. In response, three additional Task Force meetings were required to produce a <br />Task Force recommendation. <br /> <br />The City requested that Consultant facilitate the Task Force meetings. In accordance <br />with initial direction to provide an economical planning program, time and budget for <br />additional staff to attend and/or record the Task Force meetings were not provided. The <br />budget includes staff time for meeting materials’ preparation, briefings and preparation. <br />During the project, additional Consultant time was requested and provided for meeting <br />recording and facilitation assistance. <br /> <br />Consultant services provided by Task Force meeting is as follows: <br />• Expanded Guiding Principals discussions <br />• Task Force Member’s Land Use Alternatives Charrette <br />• Expanded Alternatives Discussion/Determination <br />• Additional meeting materials: PowerPoint presentations, agendas, summaries <br />• Secondary meeting facilitators/recorders preparation and attendance <br /> <br />Related directs costs included but not limited to travel expenses, printing, and meeting <br />supplies. <br /> <br />2. Sea Level Rise (SLR)- Staff Participation for Technical Analysis <br />Consultant will conduct Sea Level Rise (SLR) tasks included but not limited to: <br />• Participation in teleconferences and meetings discussing SLR and SLR options; <br />• Providing necessary plan information and coordinating with Environmental <br />Science Associates (ESA) SLR technical staff; and <br />• Reviewing technical documents regarding SLR technical data and approaches <br /> <br />3. Environmental Review Coordination <br />Consultant will coordinate work on the Plan with the environmental review process. <br />However, Consultant staff will provide input into the environmental review project <br />management discussions, the environmental review project description, and NOP/Initial <br />Study issues. <br />7.1.G. - Page 6
