This anticipates a higher level of project coordination with the transition of <br />City Project Managers. <br /> <br />11.9 Additional Assistance and Direct Cost, allowance <br />Consultant shall: <br />• prepare for and attend one additional meeting in Redwood City at the request of <br />the City; <br />• provide assistance to the EIR process at the request of the City including but not <br />limited to coordination between the Specific Plan and the environmental review <br />document(s), environmental document review, environmental issue discussion, <br />environmental process coordination; <br />• provide additional services at the direction of the City to support tasks or <br />meetings discussed above <br /> <br />This task includes direct costs (including but not limited to travel expenses and printing) <br />associated to provide all additional services. An allowance of $5,000 has been <br />budgeted for this task.
