ATTACHMENT 1 <br />ATTY/RESO.3103/CC RESO AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ADJUST CM, CLK, AND CA SALARIES <br />REV: 06-17-15 PT <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO CITY ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This SECOND AMENDMENT to the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated June 10, <br />2010 between the City of Redwood City, a Charter City and Municipal Corporation of the State of <br />California (“City”), and Pamela Thompson (“Employee”) is entered into as of the 22nd day of June, <br />2015. <br /> WHEREAS, in conformance with its performance review and compensation program for <br />its appointees, the City Council has evaluated salary survey data of comparable positions in <br />benchmark cities, and wishes to adjust Employee’s salary accordingly as well as acknowledge <br />benefit concessions and Employee’s performance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in the original <br />Agreement and as provided herein, the Agreement is AMENDED, as follows: <br />Section 2. Employee shall receive a salary of nineteen thousand six hundred and seven <br />dollars ($19,607) per month, effective the first day of the first pay period following July 1, <br />2015.
