ATTACHMENT 2: EVALUATION PLAN SURVEY

Farm Hill Boulevard Pilot Street Improvement Project
Draft Evaluation Plan

Background
At its January 26th, 2015 meeting, the City Council of Redwood City approved a pilot project to increase
safety on Farm Hill Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue. The pilot project will reconfigure the travel lanes on
Farm Hill Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue, from the city’s western limit (just below Cañada College) to
Alameda de las Pulgas. More details about the project background and design are on the project
website at: www.redwoodcity.org\farmhill.
The effectiveness of the pilot project will be evaluated and presented to City Council to assist Council
members in determining whether the pilot should be made permanent, modified, or removed. The final
evaluation plan (a description of how the project will be evaluated) will be presented to the City Council
for consideration when it awards the construction contract to reconfigure the travel lanes (tentatively
scheduled for the June 8th City Council meeting).
Your input will be used to determine how the project will be evaluated, and what the community
identifies as priorities. The questions and tables shown below ask for your feedback.

7.1.C. - Page 8
