I I � j a portion (identified as Parcel C Qn Exhibit A), such that the Amended Lease Agreement encompassed a iease of approximately six (6) acres of County rea! property; and WHERE/�S, on or about August 12, 2003, County sent writfen notice to Contractor � terminating Parties' Lease Agreement e�rly as of August 12, 2006, pursuant fo Section � 18(b} af the Lease Agreement (hereinafter, "Lease Termination Natice"); and � WHEREAS, on or about June 17, 2003, December 1�, 2004, April 24, 2007, and Aprfl 26, 2011, Parties entered into written agreements for Animal Cantrol Services and Shelter Services for the purpose o€ amending and extending fhe term of the Services Agreement and extending the term of the Lease Agreement by a period ending June 30, 2015; and WHEREAS, Parties desire to enter into a Services Agreernent and extend the currenf Lease Agreement as set forth herein. Exhibits and Attachments ' The follQwing exhibits and attachments are attached to this Services Agreement and incorporated into this Services Agreement by this reference: ' Exhibit A—Leased Areas Exhibit B--Con#ract Areas Exhibit C—Ser+rices Exhibit D —Fees to Be Collecfed for Services Provided Exhibit E—Paymen#s and Rates Attachment 1 — Public Works Inspection dated March 16,20Q9 Attachment 2— Quarantine Algorithm dated February 5, 2��14 2, Gontracfor to Provide 2.1 Services. In consideration of fhe payments se#forth herein and in Exhibit E, and under the general direction of representatives af the San Mateo County Health System, Contractor shall provide animal control services including field enforcement, she#ter services, and treatrnent incfuding spay and neuter, of a!(animals as described in Exhibit C for County and contract areas as shown in Exhibit B. 2.2 FaciJities & �auipment. Unless stated elsewhere in the Services Agreement, Contractor is responsible for the purchase, repair, and maPnfenance costs af all facilities and equipment needed to perform services outlined in Exhibif C.
