' <br /> Contractor shall report to the County Manager the fiiing by any person in any cnurt of any ; <br /> complaint of discrimination or the filing by any person of any and ail charges with the <br /> Equal Employment Opportunity Commissian, the Fair Employment and Housing <br /> Commission, or any other entity charged with the investigation of all�gations within 30 <br /> days of such fiting, provided that wifhin such 30 days such entity has not notified <br /> Contractor that such charges are dismissed or otherwise unfaundecl. Such notification <br /> shall inc(ude the name of the camplainant, a copy af such eornplaint, and a description of <br /> the circumstance. Contractor shall provide Caunty with a copy of #heir response to the <br /> Complainf when filed. <br /> 18. Com�tiance vvith Countv Emploves Jurv Service Ordinance <br /> Contractor shall comp�y with Chapter 2.85 of the Counfy's Qrdinance Code, which states <br /> that a contractor shall have and adhere to a written policy providing that its employees, to <br /> the extent they live in San Mateo County, shalf receive from the Contractor, on an annual <br /> basis, no fewer than five days of reguiar pay for jury servicE in San Mateo Caunty, with <br /> jury pay being provided only for each day of actual jury service. The policy may provide <br /> that such emplayees deposit any fees received for sueh jury service with Contractor or <br /> that the Cantractor may cleduct from an emp�oyee's regular pay the#ees received for jury <br /> service in San Mateo County. By signing this Agreemen#, Cantractor certifies tha# it has : <br /> and adheres to � policy consistent with Chapter 2.85. Far purposes of this Secfion, if <br /> Contractor has no em{�foyees in San Mateo County, it is sufficient far Contractor to pravide ' <br /> the following written statement to County: °For purposes of San Mate� Counfy's jury <br /> service ordinance, Cc�ntractor certifies that it has no empfoyees who live in San Mateo <br /> County. To the extent that it hires any such employees during #he term of i#s Services ' <br /> Agreernent with San Mateo County, Cor�fractor shalt adopt a policy that complies with <br /> Chapter 2.85 of the County's Ordinance Code." <br /> 19. Retention of Recards, Ric�ht#o Monitor and Audit <br /> 19.1 Contractor shall maintain al! records perfaining to services provided <br /> under this Services Agreement for a period of four (4) years after County <br /> makes final payment and all other pending ma#ters are closed, and ' <br /> Contractor shall be subject to the examination and/qr audit of Counfy, a <br /> Federal grantor agency, and Ehe State of California. <br /> 19.2 Repo�ting and Record Keeping: Confractor shall comply with al! program , <br /> and fiscal reporting requirements set forth by appropriate Federal, State, <br /> and toea( agencies, and as required by County. <br /> FebiUBry 5,2015 -15- � <br /> � . <br />
