To efFectuate th� provisions of this Section, the County Manager sha{1 have the autharity . to examine Contractor's �mployment records with respect to compliance with this Section and/or to set off afI or any portion of the amo�nt described in this Sec#ian agains#arrtounts dwe to Contractor under this Services Agreement or any o#her agreement between Contracfor and County. ' Contractor shall report to the County Manager the fiiing by any person in any cnurt of any ; complaint of discrimination or the filing by any person of any and ail charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commissian, the Fair Employment and Housing Commission, or any other entity charged with the investigation of all�gations within 30 days of such fiting, provided that wifhin such 30 days such entity has not notified Contractor that such charges are dismissed or otherwise unfaundecl. Such notification shall inc(ude the name of the camplainant, a copy af such eornplaint, and a description of the circumstance. Contractor shall provide Caunty with a copy of #heir response to the Complainf when filed. 18. Com�tiance vvith Countv Emploves Jurv Service Ordinance Contractor shall comp�y with Chapter 2.85 of the Counfy's Qrdinance Code, which states that a contractor shall have and adhere to a written policy providing that its employees, to the extent they live in San Mateo County, shalf receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no fewer than five days of reguiar pay for jury servicE in San Mateo Caunty, with jury pay being provided only for each day of actual jury service. The policy may provide that such emplayees deposit any fees received for sueh jury service with Contractor or that the Cantractor may cleduct from an emp�oyee's regular pay the#ees received for jury service in San Mateo County. By signing this Agreemen#, Cantractor certifies tha# it has : and adheres to � policy consistent with Chapter 2.85. Far purposes of this Secfion, if Contractor has no em{�foyees in San Mateo County, it is sufficient far Contractor to pravide ' the following written statement to County: °For purposes of San Mate� Counfy's jury service ordinance, Cc�ntractor certifies that it has no empfoyees who live in San Mateo County. To the extent that it hires any such employees during #he term of i#s Services ' Agreernent with San Mateo County, Cor�fractor shalt adopt a policy that complies with Chapter 2.85 of the County's Ordinance Code." 19. Retention of Recards, Ric�ht#o Monitor and Audit 19.1 Contractor shall maintain al! records perfaining to services provided under this Services Agreement for a period of four (4) years after County makes final payment and all other pending ma#ters are closed, and ' Contractor shall be subject to the examination and/qr audit of Counfy, a Federal grantor agency, and Ehe State of California. 19.2 Repo�ting and Record Keeping: Confractor shall comply with al! program , and fiscal reporting requirements set forth by appropriate Federal, State, and toea( agencies, and as required by County.
