Collect, maintain, and report available data as requested by each <br />City, including, but not limited to, annual Performance Measures. <br /> <br />c. If requested, the Parties’ representatives will meet annually to <br />develop performance measures that are valid, reliable, and <br />supported by accessible data to be used to evaluate the level and <br />quality of service provided by the Animal Control Contractor and <br />Animal Licensing Contractor. <br /> <br />d. With direction from each City, respond on behalf of each City to <br />public inquiries regarding the Animal Control Program and the <br />Animal Licensing Program. <br /> <br />e. Provide monthly report showing field, shelter, licensing activities, and <br />Dangerous Animal Permit holders as feasible. <br /> <br />f. Provide dispatch services for after-hours/holiday calls for animal <br />control and licensing. <br /> <br />g. Provide radio maintenance services on radio equipment owned by <br />the Parties and used to perform services as outlined in Exhibit C. <br /> <br />h. For the convenience of the Cities, provide animal licensing tags for <br />dogs, cats, animals held under a Dangerous Permit, and animals <br />designated as Service Animals. <br /> <br />i. For the convenience of the Cities, make reasonable attempts to <br />collect and provide collection services for: <br />1. Animal control fees that are deemed uncollectable by the Animal <br />Control Contractor after reasonable efforts by the Contractor to <br />collect; and <br />2. Licensing fees that are deemed uncollectable by the Animal <br />Licensing Contractor after reasonable efforts by the Contractor to <br />collect; and <br />3. Any other fees for services provided to each City under the terms <br />of this Agreement. <br /> <br />The County’s cost to provide collection services will be included in <br />the administrative cost to facilitate this Agreement. The Cities <br />acknowledge and agree that the County is not responsible for any <br />fees that remain uncollected after reasonable efforts are made to <br />collect. In the event that a City determines that additional collection <br />efforts are warranted, it may undertake such efforts at its own <br />expense.
