EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The following new task is added to the Scope of Services: <br /> 1 . Council Retreat Facilitator <br /> Consultant will assist the City by facilitating a Council Retreat on August 29 , 2016 , in a <br /> satisfactory and proper manner in accordance with direction provided by the City <br /> Manager and Mayor, and will included : <br /> a . Activity 1 — Prepare the Session : Consultant will create an agenda based on <br /> direction provided by the City Manager and Mayor. Consultant will review the <br /> agenda with the City and will finalize per direction received . Consultant will <br /> coordinate with designated city staff about workshop logistics. <br /> b . Activity 2 — Facilitate the Session : Patrick O' Keeffe will facilitate the session . <br /> c.
