Socios for Success trainings and coaching will use an action-oriented, strengths-based approach <br /> to family engagement, helping leaders create welcoming atmospheres in their schools and <br /> organizations, engage in shared leadership, develop others' agency and capacity through multi- <br /> directional service, set clear goals for families and professionals to achieve together, and build <br /> critical mass for projects important to their site and students' success. <br /> B. RCSD Responsibility: <br /> • Each school will work with RCW2020 staff to schedule training times and <br /> location. <br /> • Schools will identify a point-person to coordinate their team's <br /> participation in scheduled training. <br /> • Schools will ensure that their family engagement team members attend <br /> scheduled trainings. <br /> 2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies, including meeting <br /> refreshments and provision for child care and translators necessary for the performance on the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a third party without <br /> the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> 4. LICENSES AND PERMITS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall obtain and keep in force all licenses, permits, and certificates necessary <br /> for the performance of this Agreement. <br /> 5. INSURANCE <br /> CONTRACTOR understands the RCSD does not provide liability, malpractice, or workers <br /> compensation insurance for the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for the <br /> maintenance of personal and professional insurance to provide protection for any claims arising <br /> out of service under this agreement. The CONTRACTOR assumes all liability for services <br /> provided under this contract. The CONTRACTOR will provide proof of insurance and will <br /> identify RCSD as an additional insured. <br /> 6. WAIVER <br /> No delay or omission by either party in exercising any right under this Agreement shall operate <br /> as a waiver of that or any other right or prevent a similar subsequent act from constituting a <br /> violation of the Agreement. <br /> 7.
