Utilize existing and <br />future meetings and correspondence with the public, customers, and potential customers; utilize, when deemed <br />necessary, conmlUllity interviews, small information gathering sessions and one-on-one discussions. These <br />efforts will gain insight into concerns and needs, test approaches, and provide a higher degree of understanding <br />of concerns and sensitivities, helpful in shaping future outreach efforts.
