Utilize existing and future meetings and correspondence with project <br />area stakeholders such as existing recycle water users, potential landscape retrofit <br />customers, potential industrial users, Home Owner Associations (HOAs), residents, <br />commuters, schools, businesses and their customers and suppliers. <br />.
