(GEl) has prepared this <br />revised proposal for environmental consulting services associated with cleaning a test <br />section of storm sewer in the City of Redwood City. Services covered in this proposal <br />include: (a) liaison with the South Bayside System Authority (SBSA) and appropriate <br />Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF), (b) coordination of dewatering bins <br />that will be used in the project, and (c) sampling and analysis of liquid and solid waste <br />materials generated during the project. Also, GEl will prepare a report with sampling <br />results and alternatives (with costs) for liquid and solid waste material handling and <br />disposal. <br />Project Scope <br /> <br />Pre- Field <br />a) Liaison with SBSA and TSDF to determine what sampling protocol should be <br /> implemented to adequately profile for disposal the liquid and solid waste streams <br /> created during this project. <br />b) Coordination of dewatering bins that will be used to store, separate, and <br /> potentially transport the liquid and solid portions of waste material generated. <br /> Coordination will include bin selection, delivery, usage, cleaning and removal. <br />Field <br />a) Manually collect one liquid sample and one solid sample from waste materials <br /> generated while cleaning a test section of storm sewer in the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> . <br />
