constructed by Subdivider and no standards of performance and/or <br /> construction are listed in th� plans and specifications or in _ <br /> the aforementioried Chapter 30 , the standard specifications <br /> of the State of California for the construction of, or <br /> performance of, such improvement shall govern. Subdivider shall <br /> complete� all the improvements on or before December 1 , 1983. <br /> Said work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, <br /> all of the following: <br /> (a) Grading, paving; <br /> (b) Driveways; <br /> (c) Storm drainage system, complete; <br /> (d) Water system, complete; <br /> (e) Street Monuments, street trees; <br /> and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> mentioned in the abovementioned plans and specifications and all <br /> • construction, appurtenances and improvements reasonably necessary <br /> as determined by the Director of Public Works to complete the <br /> aforementioned improvements, both inside and outside of the <br /> abovementioned subdivision. <br /> 2 . Subdivider shall, before the release of said final map • <br /> by City fbr recordation, furnish to City arid file with the City <br /> Clerk a bond, deposit or instrument of credit of the kind <br /> described in Section 66499 of the Government Code, securing the <br /> faithful performance of Subdivider of all work and the construction <br /> of all improvements mentioned in this agreement, and within the <br /> time herein specified, the amount of said security to be <br /> Seventy-nine Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($79,000 .00) , and also a <br /> bond, deposit or instrume.nt of credit of the kind described in <br /> Section 66499 of the Government Code securing the payment by <br /> 3 <br />
