(b) The relationship or capacity of the applicant if the <br /> registration is not for an individual. <br /> (c) 1'he place of bFasiness and place of residence of the <br /> applicant and of each partner if a partnership. <br /> (d) The exact location af the place at which it is proposed <br /> to dispose of cleanings. <br /> SECTION 6. The application shal 1 be signed by the person <br /> who will be engaging in the business, ` by an authorized officer if <br /> a corporation, or by the managing partner if a partnership. <br /> SECTION 7. Registration shall be issu.ed only after a satis- <br /> factory examination b�r a duly authorized representative of the <br /> Department covering the e quipment to be used, the applicant�s knowledge <br /> of sanitary principles and of the laws and ordinances affectin.g human <br /> health or nuisances, an d the reliability of the applicant in observing <br /> sanitary laws, ordinances arul directions, and in selecting laborers <br /> and employees who may clean out chemical toilets without endangering <br /> human health or comf'ort; and only after examination o� the place or <br /> places and manner of disposal of the cleanings proposed by said applicant. <br /> SECTION 8. The Department shall act upon each application <br /> within thirty t30) days of the date of filing same. <br /> SECTIQN 9. An original registration shall be valid only fo r <br /> the unexpired portion of the calendar year in which application is <br /> made. Reapplication shall be made annually prior to expiration of <br /> the succeeding registration and sha11 be valid only for the cal.endar <br /> year f'o r which issued. In no event shall a registration be valid <br /> subsequent to the end of the calendar year for which issued. <br /> SECTIOI�T 10. Applicants may be registered under such terms, <br /> conditions, orders and direction as the Department may deem nec- <br /> essary for the protection of human health and comf'ort. The <br /> Department may require any and all persons who are registered with <br /> the Department pursuant to this ordi nance to file with the health <br /> -2� <br />
