That on August 17, 1959, this Cou.ncil did adopt its Resolution No. 2$47, entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood �ity Giving Notice of the Proposed Annexation of Certain Uninhabited Territorg to sa3.d City; Deseribing said Ter- ritory and Designating it by the Name �Sequoia Terracet ; Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proposal; and Giving Notice of Time �.nd Plaee said Council will Hear Protests Thereto,it wherein it gave notice of said proposed anne'xation, described said ter- ritory and designated it by the above mentione d name, ma.de certain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and plaee said Council would hear protests thereto; and, 5. That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No. 28�7 to be publishe d in the manner and within the time re- quired by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all pesrysons or bodies to whom such no�ice is required by law to be given; all in the ma.nner and time required by law; and, 6.
