Kelleher will serve as the company's negotiator. <br /> 2) What is the potential impact of your current workload on the proposed project schedule? <br /> Lynx Technologies has been preparing for this project for several weeks. Consequently, we have <br /> anticipated the demands on our company by increasing staff members. We have adjusted our schedule <br /> so that this project will not impact our existing workload. Once we are provided with a Notice to <br /> Proceed, we anticipate increasing two existing staff members to full-time status. <br /> 3) What specific information do you need from the County before commencing contract <br /> negotiations? <br /> None <br /> 4) There are no outstanding liens or legal actions being taken against Lynx Technologies nor is Lynx <br /> Technologies part of any lawsuits in which it acted as a secondary contractor. <br /> 5) Lynx Technologies is a sole proprietorship and has been acting as Patrick C. Kelleher d.b.a. since <br /> 1991.
