they shall be secured to two 2" x 4" stringers not closer than <br /> four feet on centers. <br /> (c) The above standards are minimum structural requirements, <br /> only. . If the Building Inspector finds that any other type of <br /> construction will result in a fence in a11 respects the equiva- <br /> lent in strength and durab ility to the above fencing require- <br /> ments, such construction may be used. <br /> SECTION 6. Application. The provisions of this ordinance <br /> shall be applied uniformly to pools presently in existence as <br /> well as to future construction. <br /> SECTION 7. Penalties. Any person, firm or corporation, <br /> whether as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, violating <br /> or causing the violation of any of the provisions of this ordi- <br /> a�anc� shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br /> thereof sha11 be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hur�dred <br /> Dollars ($50�.00) , or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding <br /> six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the dis- <br /> cretion of the court. Every such person, firm or corporation <br /> shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and <br /> every day during any portion of which any violation of any <br /> provision of this ordinance is committed or continued by such <br /> person, firm or corporation, and sha11 be punishable as herein <br /> provided. <br /> SECTION 8. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after its adoption. <br /> � * * <br /> -3- <br />
