This section <br /> shall apply to all trailer parks hereafter constz�j,eted and to all <br /> alterations or additioas to existing parks. <br /> (a) Each trailer site in a trailer park shall have an area <br /> of not less than one thousand five hnndred (1,500) square feet. <br /> Minimum width of a trailer site, facing onto a park roadway, shall <br /> be t�renty-five (25) feet. <br /> {b) Each trailer site along the exterior line of a trailer <br /> park shall be so designed that any part of aay t=ailer shall be a <br /> miaimum of eight (8) feet from the exterior bonrndary of the park <br /> and a mini.mum of thirty (30) feet from any public street or alley. <br /> (c) No trailer shall be lc�cated so as to be closer than three <br /> (3) feet to the dividing line within the space allotted, but snch <br /> space shall be increased to six (6) feet in the case of a two (2) <br /> story trailer. � <br /> (d) The mini.mum site area for trailer parks shall be thre� <br /> t3) acr�s. <br /> SECTION 6. Trailer Park Rc�dwavs. Trailer park roadways <br /> shall be paved and give access to each trail�r site. This section <br /> shall apply to all parks hereafter constructed and to all altera- <br /> tions or additions to existing parks. <br /> (a) Park roadways shall be a minimwa of twenty-five (25) <br /> feet in width. <br /> (b) A mi.nimum of thirty-five (35) feet shall separate trailers <br /> facing each other, on opposite sides of a park roadway. <br /> SECTIOM 7. Additions. No cabanas, ramadas or lean-tos shall <br /> be per�itted; except a movable, demountable awning may be attached <br /> to a trailer. Such a�ning shall be kept opea at one side or end <br /> at all times. <br /> -2- <br />
