(a) All areas of a <br /> trailer park not xcupied by paved roadways or pathways, and aot <br /> otherwise c�ccupied by park facilities, shall be laadscaped and <br /> maintained. <br /> {b) Tlie outer boundaries of a trailer park shall b� enclosed <br /> on all sides by a six (6) foot fence. <br /> (c) A hedc�e of plant material of type acceptable to the <br /> Building Inspector may be substituted for such fence provided <br /> that proper m�aintenaace is provided. <br /> SSC�ION 9. Fire Hydrants. Wherever a public water system <br /> is available, a trailer park shall have a fire hydrant and con- <br /> Aecting hose of a size and type approved by the Fire Chief. <br /> SECTIO�T 10. Gradinq and Drainacte. Any area os tract of land <br /> upon which a trailer park is maintained or operated shall be ade- <br /> quately g=aded and drained, so as to prevent standing water or <br /> muddy conditions. <br /> (a) The trailer park shall be so drained as to prevent <br /> dumping storm water or possible septic effluent upon adjoining <br /> property. <br /> (b) Roadways and entrances to all buildings used in connanon <br /> by xcupants of the trailer park shall be paved or surfaced to <br /> k�ep them free of �mud and water. <br /> SECTION 11. Rules aad Rec�alations. The Health Officer may <br /> foraulate and enforce rules and regulations. The Health Officer <br /> is hereby empowered to formulate from time to tinte and to enforce <br /> any rules and regnlations that ssid officer may deeen advisable <br /> bearing on any matters of sanitation or housinq governing the <br /> operation of trailer parks. <br /> -3- <br />
