Every permit iasued pursuant to this ordinance <br /> may be revoked by the City Manager at aay time that he determiaes <br /> (1) that the per�ittee has violated any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance, (2) that the bench or seat has not been maintained i.n <br /> accordaace with Section 6, or (3) that the flow of vehiciitlar or <br /> pedestrian traffic require� the removal of the bench or seat. <br /> The pennittee shall remove the bench, seat or chair withi.n ten <br /> (10) days after bei.ng notified by the City Manager to do so. <br /> SECTIOa 10. Any person, firm, �ssociation or corporation <br /> niolati�g any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a misde�eanor aad, upon eonniction thereof, shall be punished <br /> by a f ine of aot more than Five Hur�dred Dollars ($5U0.0�) or by <br /> irnprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than six <br /> (6) months, or by both st�ch fine and imprisoruaeat. Each su�h <br /> persoa, firm, associatioa or eorporation shall be deemed guilty <br /> of a separate offense for every day during any portion of which <br /> any violation of any provision of this ordinance is ecmnaitted, <br /> continued or permitted by such person, firm, association or <br /> corporation, and shall be punished therefor as provided by this <br /> orc�. nance. <br /> SECTIOAT 11. Ordinance No. 615, entitled "An �rdinance <br /> Regu lating the Plaeing of Benehes, Seats, Chairs or Settees in, <br /> Over, Alonq or IIpon the Streets of Redwood City, " adopted Jnne 6, <br /> 1949, is h�reby repealed. <br /> SECTION 12. 3'his ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after its adoption. <br /> * * * <br /> -a- <br />
