SECTIdN 10. Ordinance No. 147, entitled "An Ordinance <br /> Regulating and Licensing the Business of Fawnbrokers, Junk <br /> Dealers, and Dealers in Second Hand �nTares, Merchandise and <br /> Commodities,� adopted December 21, 1914, is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 11. Section 9.3 is hereby added to ardinance No. 447, <br /> entitled uAn Ordinance Licensing Every Kind of Lawful Business <br /> Hereafter Specified, Transacted or Carried on �ithin the Limits <br /> of the City of Redwood City, County of �an Mateo, State of <br /> California, Fixing the Rate of License Tax upon the same, and <br /> Providing for the Collection of said License Tax and Providing <br /> Punishment for Carrying on Business Without a License," adopted <br /> November 4, 1940, to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 9. 3. Every person who conducts a business <br /> as a junk dealer or a dealer in second-hand wares, mer- <br /> chandise or commodities shall pay an annual license fee <br /> of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) .° <br /> SECTION �2.
