(d) The proposed lxation. SEGTIO�T 6. The Council shall hold a public hearing within th irty days of the filiag of an application. Th�e City Clerk shall fix the date of the public hearing and ahall give notice of such h�ariuq by maili.nq a postal card notiee at least five days prior to such hearing to the �embers of the Council and to the cn�ers of property Within a radius of three hundred feet (300') of the property to whieh the building is to be moved, as said owners are shc�wa on the last eqnalized assessment roll i.n the office of the City Assessor. The failure of aay property awner or Councilman to receive such notice shall not affect the validity of the heari.ag. The failure of the Couacil to act upon the �p- plication within thirty days shall be deemed to be an approval of the applicatioa. SECTION 7. Upon filing of an application pursuant to Sec- tion 2 of this ordi.nance, the Buildinq Iaspector �all inspect the buildi$g and shall report on its structural coaditien at the hearing. The Building Inspector shall include in his report his recommendations with respect to the imposition of conditions as specified in Section 9. SECTIObT 8. No permit shall be granted unl�ss the Couneil finds that the granting of such application will not under the circumstances of the pa=tieular case be detrimental to the public �elfare or injuricus to property or improvements. SECTI�N 9.
