In addition to any other appropriate conditions, the Council <br /> may impose coaditions relating to the follcwing matters: <br /> (a) The route over which the bnilding may be moved. <br /> {b) The dates and times during which the building may <br /> �e moved. <br /> (c) The supervision and safety precautions to be em- <br /> ployed while the buildiag is being moved, including <br /> the requirinq of t� deposit of fees for electricians, <br /> police esccrt or othe= personnel neeessary to faci- <br /> litate the movement. <br /> (d) The condition of the site from which the buildiaq <br /> is proposed to be moved, if within the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> {e) The number of days for which the permit will be <br /> valid. In no event shall a permit be valid for <br /> more than six months. <br /> SECTION 10. No building moving permit qranted by the Council <br /> shall be effective until the applicant submits a bond in the amouat <br /> of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) conditioned upon the applicant's <br /> compliance with all the terms of this ordi.nance and with the terms <br /> of the permit granted. <br /> The bond shall be executed by a surety cm�pany anthorized to <br /> transact business in the State of Californis, and shall be on forms <br /> supplied by the Building Inspector. The Council may i.ncrease the <br /> amount of the bond required if it determiaes that such iacrease <br /> is necessa�y to protect public property. <br /> SECTIO�T 11. The applicant shall, within ten days after moviag <br /> any building, �lear the site from which the building was moned of <br /> all structt�ral portions of the building, including foundations, <br /> and all debris. <br /> It shall be unlawful for the owner of any pa=cel cf property <br /> fro� which a building has been moved or for the applicant to whom <br /> a permit was isgned to permit any well, base�ent, sump or other <br /> excavation to remai.n on the site unless completely filled with <br /> compacted earthen material or eatirely fenced. <br /> -3- <br />
