In addition to any other appropriate conditions, the Council may impose coaditions relating to the follcwing matters: (a) The route over which the bnilding may be moved. {b) The dates and times during which the building may �e moved. (c) The supervision and safety precautions to be em- ployed while the buildiag is being moved, including the requirinq of t� deposit of fees for electricians, police esccrt or othe= personnel neeessary to faci- litate the movement. (d) The condition of the site from which the buildiaq is proposed to be moved, if within the City of Redwood City. {e) The number of days for which the permit will be valid. In no event shall a permit be valid for more than six months. SECTION 10. No building moving permit qranted by the Council shall be effective until the applicant submits a bond in the amouat of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) conditioned upon the applicant's compliance with all the terms of this ordi.nance and with the terms of the permit granted. The bond shall be executed by a surety cm�pany anthorized to transact business in the State of Californis, and shall be on forms supplied by the Building Inspector. The Council may i.ncrease the amount of the bond required if it determiaes that such iacrease is necessa�y to protect public property. SECTIO�T 11. The applicant shall, within ten days after moviag any building, �lear the site from which the building was moned of all structt�ral portions of the building, including foundations, and all debris. It shall be unlawful for the owner of any pa=cel cf property fro� which a building has been moved or for the applicant to whom a permit was isgned to permit any well, base�ent, sump or other excavation to remai.n on the site unless completely filled with compacted earthen material or eatirely fenced. -3-
