No bnilding shall be moved to any site within the City of Redwood City nntil the owner of the lot or parcel to whieh the building is to be moved, or his agent, secures a building permit pursuant to Chapter 3 (ec�mencing �t §301) of the Building Code of the City of Redwood City. SECTION 13. Mo bnildinq moved to aay site arithia the City of Ited�vood City shall be o�cupied until it is repaired, ceeconstructed or othen�ise rehabilitated to comply with all applicable ordinances of the City of Redwood City and the provisioas of Sectioa 11 hawe been complied with. No such bnildiug shall be xcupied until the Buildinq Inspector has given the buildiag a final inspection and has iuspected and ap- pro�red the site fram which the buildiag was moved if witlzin the City. SECTION 14. �To person, includiag firms, companies os cor- perations, shall move any building or strneture from one place to another on the same lot or parcel withont first securing a bnilding permit from the Buildiag Inspector. SECTION 15. The provisions of this eection sh�ll govern the movemeat of a building or stracture from a site withia the C ity of Redwood City to a site outside of the City and no person sliall so move a bnilding or strncture ualess he complies with the pro- visions of this section. Such person shall make applieation to the Building Inspector for a building moving perniit. The applicatioA shall cornply with the pro�isions of Section 4 but no fee shall be charged for its fili.ng. The application shall be accompanied by a bond in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) , fnrnished as specified in Section 10, to insure compliance with the provisions of Section 11 and the ter�ns of the pernnit granted. -4-
