Section 5.1 is hereby added to Article II of <br /> the above mentioned Ordinance No. 639, to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 5.1. Residential Drivewav Approaches. The <br /> provisions of this section shall govern the locations and <br /> dimensions of driveway approaches to all real property situ- <br /> ate in any residentially zoned district. No driveway ap- <br /> proach shall be constructed which does not serve a garage, <br /> carport or garage space to the rear of the building set back <br /> line estab lished by the Zoning Ordinance; provided� that a <br /> single driveway approach may be constructed to serve a <br /> vacant or unimproved lot. A driveway approach serving a <br /> single garage, carport or garage space shall not exceed 12 <br /> feet in width, driveway approaches serving garages, carports <br /> or garage spaces for two motor vehicles shall not exceed 23 <br /> feet in width, and driveway approaches serving garages, car- <br /> ports or garage spaces for three or more motor vehicles <br /> shall not exceed 30 feet in �,ridth measured between the tops <br /> of ramps at the end of the driveway approaches.
