Section 347 is hereby added to the Building Code, as adopted by Ordinance No. 925 of January 19, 1959, entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the Adoption by Reference of the Text of the 1958 Edition of the Uniform Building Code, Including all Parts of the Appendix Thereto, Consisting of Two Volumes Entitled 'Uni- form Building Code, 1958 Edition, Volume I, • and 'Uniform Building Code, 1958 Edition, Volume ITI, Uniform Building Code Standards, ' Published by the International Confe=ence of Building Officials, with Amendments, as the Building Code ot the City of Redwood City; Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof, and Repealing Ordi- nance No. 778," to read as follows: "SECTIOI�T 307. " (a) No building permit or certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the Building 4fficial if the structure to be constructed or altered, or the parcel of property in connection with which the permit or certificate is ap- plied for, fails to comply in any respect with the provi- sions of the foliowing ordinances as they now exist or as they may from time to time be a�nended: 1.
