Ordinance No. 623, Fire Zones <br /> "In order to ascertain compliance with the above ordi- <br /> nances, the Building Official may refer any building permit <br /> application to any other City department for revisw. <br /> " (b) The provisions of this section shall not be con- <br /> strued to preclude the issuance of a building permit when <br /> there is previously or eoncurrently issued permits for im- <br /> provements which would �liminate any noncompliance with the <br /> above mentioned ordinances. All such necessary improvements <br /> shall be constructed concurrently with the work being done <br /> on the stntcture for which the building percni.t is issued." <br /> SECTION 2. Section 308 is hereby added to the above mentioned <br /> Building Code, to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 308, <br /> " (a) No building per�it or certificate of occupancy <br /> shall be issued by the Building Official if the structure <br /> to be constructed or the portion to be remodeled lies within, <br /> or fails to ha.ve the necessary set back distance from, any <br /> area reserved for the constrtxction, widening or extension of <br /> the Redwood City street system pursuant to action taken by <br /> the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> " (b) No building permit or certificate of occupancy <br /> shall be issued by the Building �fficial �f the structure <br /> to be constructed or the portion to be remodeled lies within <br /> any recorded property interest held for pub lic purposes or <br /> pub lic utility purposes." <br /> SECTION 3.
