Enforcement." <br /> SECTION 4. Section 10.2 is hereby added to the above mention�d <br /> Ordinance No. 631. to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 10.2. No permit or license of any nature what- <br /> soever, including building permits and business licenses, <br /> shall be issued for any const=uction, use or business in con- <br /> nection with any parc�l of property which wa.s, at any time, <br /> created or subdivided in violation of th� provisions of this <br /> ordinance. Any permit or license issued in violation of this <br /> section shall be void. <br /> "The provisions of this section shall not be construed <br /> to preclude the o�+mers of all parcels created in violation of <br /> this ordinance by the subdivision of a larger legally created <br /> parcel from jointly initiating sxbdivision proceedings pur- <br /> suant to this ordinance." <br /> SECTION 5.
