The Proposal Forms are available at the Public Works front office, 1400 Broadway Street, <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063. Any questions regarding the Proposal Forms should be directed <br /> in writing to the City Contact (explained on page 3 in the section titled "Interpretation "). <br /> 3.
