Interpret the historical significance of the resource through a permanent exhibit or <br /> program in a publicly accessible location on the site or elsewhere within the DTPP <br /> area. <br /> Analysis: Because the building segment does not have separate historical significance or <br /> embody any known historical stories outside its supporting role for the larger Fox Theater <br /> Building, a permanent commemoration of its partial loss, other than photo <br /> documentation as noted above, appears to have no value to the general public and is not <br /> recommended. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The proposed Winslow Street Development Project and the proposed Historic Fox Theatre <br /> Rehabilitation Project have been reviewed by qualified preservation professionals for compliance with <br /> the City of Redwood City regulations and standards for the rehabilitation of historic resources and for <br /> construction adjacent to historic resources. The pair of projects can be found in keeping with the <br /> standards, and determined to have no adverse impact on the Fox Theater and greater Fox Theater <br /> Complex, or other nearby historic resources. One recommendation for approval is suggested as follows: <br /> 1.
