Councilman Leipzig asked if this matter had been reviewed by the City's Traffic Advisory Committee and was told "no." Councilman Leipzig said that when he was on the Traffic Advisory Committee this matter had been reviewed and rejected based on the impact it would have on traffic slowing in that area. Councilman Leipzig said that was the last corner on Marshall without a signal, and this subject should be referred to the City's Traffic Advisory Committee for further review. Mayor Hartnett said based on personal experience he believed the corner was unsafe and a signal was necessary.
