07/27/2015 <br /> WHEREAS, on July 27, 2015, the City Council held a duly noticed public <br /> hearing to consider the Project and the June 23, 2015 recommendation by the <br /> Planning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed transfers <br /> of City property interests and other deal terms identified in the staff report as part <br /> of the Disposition and Development Agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> City and Hamilton and Winslow Properties, LLC, would further the purposes of <br /> and appropriately implement the City of Redwood City General Plan and the <br /> Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The City Council finds that the above recitals are accurate <br /> and constitute findings in this matter and, together with the Staff Report and the <br /> application materials, including without limitation the Initial Study, Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement, development plan, and all other documents, reports, <br /> studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimony, and materials in the <br /> City's file for the applications and the Project, and all adopted City planning <br /> documents relating to the Project and the property including the City's General <br /> Plan, Municipal Code, Downtown Precise Plan, and other applicable City laws <br /> and regulations, and all associated approved and certified environmental <br /> documents, have together served as an adequate and appropriate evidentiary <br /> basis for the findings and actions set forth in this Resolution. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Hamilton and <br /> Winslow Properties, LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and authorizes and <br /> directs the City Manager to execute the Disposition and Development <br /> Agreement, subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by <br /> the City Attorney. The City Council further authorizes the City Manager to take <br /> all actions necessary to carry out the Disposition and Development Agreement, <br /> including execution of the deed, and any other documents necessary to complete <br /> the transaction. <br /> Section 3.
