ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A Thomas Wooff, 3079 Goodwin Avenue, Redwood City, described a legal action he was <br /> pursuing against the City and asked that the Council help settle the case rather than allow <br /> it to go to a jury tria!. <br /> City Attorney Schricker provided a brief update of the case. He advised that Mr. Wooff <br /> was represented by Counsel and was apparently rejecting the mandatory arbitration <br /> decision.
