The question of potential impact to non-profit organizations and schools
was posed and the response was that there is currently a provision that allows
those groups to use the areas without a fee.
PRCS Director Centeno clarified that the parks reservation policy is not designed
to be a solution to overuse in certain parks, but that the availability of reservations
in other parks as a way to direct people.
