(606) <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 96-179 <br /> A Public Hearing to consider vacating a portion of a IO-feet wide public lane between Oak <br /> Knoll Drive and the Hetch Hetchy right-of-way, and retain a IO-feet wide public service <br /> easement over the same area. (Resolution of Intention was adopted June 10, 1996 and <br /> published twice in the Redwood City Almanac.) <br /> Affidavits of publication of Notice and of Posting are on file in the City Clerk Department. <br /> I) Staff report: <br /> Engineering Manager Patterson presented the staff report, and in answer to Vice <br /> Mayor Howard's questions advised it would be the responsibility of the private <br /> property owners to maintain the grounds and they will pay all costs to move fences, <br /> etc. <br /> 2) Open public hearing; <br /> Mayor Hartnett declared the public hearing open at 8:20 p.m. <br /> 3) Hear public comment: <br /> Mayor Hartnett asked all those who wished to address this issue to please come <br /> forward.
