Mayor Hartnett advised it was time to set a date for the annual reviews of the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk. <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Hartnett determined it was the consensus of the Council to <br /> schedule a Closed Session on personnel matters to meet with the City Manager and the <br /> City Clerk on Tuesday, October 22, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. (205) <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 96-224 <br /> G. City Manager Everett discussed the schedule of Council meetings for the remainder of <br /> the year. He advised that it would be helpful to staff to cancel a meeting immediately <br /> before or after Thanksgiving due to time constraints. <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Hartnett determined it was the consensus of the Council to <br /> cancel the regular Council Meetings of October 14, December 2, December 23 and <br /> December 30,1996.
