Each of the facts recited above is found to be <br /> true and correct and a matter of public record. It is also found <br /> that all information necessary to determine the appropriate zoning <br /> of the hereinafter described property will be available within a <br /> reasonable time. <br /> SECTION 2. This Council finds that the protection of the <br /> public safety, health and welfare requires the adoption of this <br /> temporary interim Zoning Ordinance pending final action on the <br /> study presently being conducted by the Planning Department and <br /> the proposed Zoning Ordinance recommended by the Planning Depart- <br /> ment and being reviewed by the Flanning Commission. <br /> SECTION 3. No structure shall be constructed or structurally <br /> altered, and no use shall be established, within the hereinafter <br /> described area except upon the securing of a use permit therefor <br /> in accordance with Section 21, et seq. , of Ordinance No. 600, the <br /> Redwood City �oning Ordinance. If it should appear that the use <br /> applied for will be an allowable use under the contemplated new <br /> zoning of the area, the permit may be granted with appropriate <br /> conditions and restrictions. <br /> SECTION 4. The area which is the subject of this ordinance <br /> is all that certain area situate in the City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, as shown on the following <br /> map: <br /> - 2 - <br />
