<br /> conclusion of any appeal proceedings, whichever is later, the
<br /> Building Inspector is authorized to provide for the co�lection
<br /> of the amounts payable in any lawful manner.
<br /> Section 11.7 If any section, subsection, sentence , clause,
<br /> or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconsti-
<br /> tutional, such decisian shall not affect the validity of the
<br /> remaining portions of this ordinance . The City Council of the
<br /> City of Redwood City hereby declares that it would have passed
<br /> this ordinance, and each article, section, subsection, sentence,
<br /> clause, or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one
<br /> or more articles, sections, subsections, clauses, or phrases be
<br /> declared unconstitutional.

<br /> or Suspension of Signs," adopted March 3, 1930, Ordinance No. 420,
<br /> entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Signs, Billboards and Sign
<br /> Devices and Fixing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof," adopted
<br /> February 6, 1939, Ordinance No. 488, entitled "Display of Ad-
<br /> vertisements Inside Buildings, Visible from Outside, " adopted
<br /> February 15, 1943, Ordinance No. 908, entitled "An Ordinance
<br /> Regulating Outdoor Advertising Devices and Structures Ad�acent to
<br /> Freeways� " adopted August 4, 1958, and Section 21 of Qrdinance
<br /> No. 593, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Business of Used
<br /> Automobile Dealers," adopted May 3, 1948, are hereby repealed•
<br /> Section 11.9 This ordinance shall be effective 90 days
<br /> after its adoption.
